MEET OUR LEADERSHIP

Lee Endris

Senior Pastor, Howard

Pastor Lee was born in Gary, IN, and grew up in both Indiana and Arizona. Though he was privileged to grow up in church, his journey took a detour in his younger years, leading him through a season of brokenness and distance from God. However, in his early 20s, God’s redemptive love called him back to a small church in Kendallville, IN, where he experienced profound healing and restoration.

In 1997, Pastor Lee married Deanna, who grew up in Marion, IN, and attended Indiana Bible College from 1991 to 1995. Together, they became dedicated to serving in any capacity the church needed, with God continually shaping and refining their hearts for ministry.

In 2003, Pastor Lee and Deanna were blessed with a miracle son, Jonathan Lee Endris. Then in 2010, another chapter unfolded in their story, as God called them to move to Green Bay, WI, where Pastor Lee now leads Meadowbrook Church with a clear sense of purpose and vision. Under his leadership, the church has grown and flourished, continually striving to be “better” in every area as they follow God’s leading.

Beyond his role at Meadowbrook, Pastor Lee is also honored to serve as Chaplain for several local agencies, including the WI State Patrol, WI DNR, Green Bay Police Department, and the Brown County Sheriff’s Department. His heart for the community extends far beyond the church walls, as he brings spiritual care and support to those serving in law enforcement.

Outside of ministry, Pastor Lee has a variety of hobbies and passions. He enjoys sipping iced tea, spending time with his mini poodle, Benson, embarking on 4-wheeling adventures, and even skydiving. When he's not serving or on an adventure, you'll often find him relaxing on his deck or working on a building project—thanks to his talent in the trades and his trusty tape measure.

Jesse Arcand

Campus Pastor, Luxemburg

Born and raised in Green Bay, WI, Pastor Jesse has been a faithful member of Meadowbrook Church since his youth. It was here that he met his wife, Lisa, who grew up in Manitowoc, WI. After graduating, Lisa moved to Green Bay to begin her life with Jesse, and they were married in 1999.

God has richly blessed Pastor Jesse and Lisa with five children: Jada (2004), Ella (2006), Josiah (2015), Levi (2017), and Caden (2015). As a family, they are actively involved in various ministries at Meadowbrook Church, serving in a variety of capacities to help strengthen and build the church community.

Pastor Jesse holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Science, and recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute. Together, Pastor Jesse and Lisa served in various church ministries early in their marriage, but God began to deepen their call into full-time ministry. Feeling the burden to follow wherever God would lead, they embarked on a journey that brought them to Kewaunee County in 2016. Pastor Jesse began preaching and leading Bible studies, and as the ministry grew, they recognized the need for a central meeting location in the area. In 2023, God provided the opportunity to purchase a building in Luxemburg, where Pastor Jesse now serves as the Campus Pastor.

In addition to his role at the Luxemburg campus, Pastor Jesse continues to work full-time at the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant. He also serves on the Meadowbrook Church Board and the Wisconsin District UPCI Revival Commission, where he actively contributes to the growth and revival of the local and regional church.

When he’s not preaching or working, Pastor Jesse enjoys tending to his developing homestead, gardening, tinkering with small engines in the garage, and spending quality time outdoors with his family. He’s also known for his love of hot sauce—the hotter, the better!

Dallas Palmer

Student Pastor

Born and raised in Indiana, Dallas moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin, in 2012. In 2017, he met his wonderful wife, Esther, who had first attended an Apostolic church in Medford, WI, in 2016. The couple married in 2018 and have since been blessed with three children—Ezra (2020), Clara (2021), and Nolan (2023)—and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of a baby girl in December.

Together, Dallas and Esther lead Student Ministries at Meadowbrook Church, where they are deeply invested in the spiritual development and discipleship of young people.
